How to delete address search history?

Like for example, when I type game it'll automatically come down a drop bar of suggestions such as www.gamespot.com or www.gamefaqs.com and such. How do I completely delete those off? Thanks.|||ive been trying to do the same thing...uhh, go to "tools" then hit "delete browsing history" and it'll delete everything, but for some reason on my computer it deletes eveything but the adress history crap.
