Are there any websites that offer free address search?

Every time I look it asks for a credit card and won't give you the address unless you give it. I'm trying to see where my psycho ex lives knowing he has been moving where ever I move. Yet, I don't feel comfortable giving out my credit card to those sites that ask for one. Is there any sites out there where you can look up an address?|||no and those who claim they do....they lie
