I am not sure that you can do such a search. I know that you can do a search for a home line phone number to find an address, or you can do something called a "reverse directory".
I don't know what the laws are in Scotland for mobile number address searches, but I do know that here in the USA, I tried typing in my mobile number and all I get is who the carrier of my mobile phone is.
