If a search warrent for a Residence has the wrong address on it should it be thrown out of court?

The warrent was exicuited and there is a court date set. But the address on the search warrent is not the address they searched! It is the house they wanted but they have the wrong address on tha warrent that is signed by the judge.|||yes i know of a law suit in alb, NM due to the same scenario resulted in the city paying big bucks for their mistake
